I’m a passionate therapist with more than 15 years of experience in the industry, between Brazil and Australia. I’ve been working for the last 8 years in an award-winning premium Spa in Sydney.

I’m always happy to learn new things and open for new challenges and experiences.

I’m very caring, loyal, punctual and hard work person. I truly love looking after clients and help them!

Kirsty Wright

Remedial Massage

Kirsty is a dedicated Remedial Massage Therapist with over 8 years of experience in diverse settings, including remedial massage clinics, day spas, and professional sporting environments.

She excels at tailoring treatments to meet the unique needs of each client.

With a passion for helping clients achieve their wellness goals, Kirsty utilizes a range of techniques to address pain, improve mobility, and promote relaxation.

Her experience has equipped her with a deep understanding of various body mechanics and therapeutic approaches, allowing her to provide effective, customised care.

Kirsty fosters a calming, supportive environment which makes her a trusted partner in her clients health journeys.

Salud Studio Manager

With over 15 years of experience in customer service and a strong background in leadership, Jax brings a grounded, people-first approach to her role as Studio Manager at Salud House of Health.

Since joining the team in 2024, Jaclyn has been the friendly face and steady hand behind the scenes—ensuring everything runs smoothly while creating a warm, welcoming space for both clients and staff.

Outside the studio, Jax is a dedicated artist, often found in her private artist studio covered in paint and inspired by the same creativity and care she brings to her work at Salud.

Amelia Cochrane

Reformer Pilates

With a deep passion for movement and mindful wellness, Amelia brings a unique blend of strength, grace, and precision to every class she teaches. As a certified Pilates instructor and experienced dance teacher, she believes in the power of movement to heal, empower, and transform—physically and mentally.

Amelia’s approach is rooted in body awareness, core stability, and functional movement, combining the control and alignment of Pilates with the expressive flow of dance. Her classes at Salud House of Health are dynamic yet accessible, designed to challenge and support students at every level—whether you’re building strength, improving posture, or simply reconnecting with your body.

Amelia creates a welcoming, encouraging space where clients feel seen, strong, and inspired.

Elly Selby

Reformer Pilates

I started my Pilates journey in 2021 and quickly fell in love with the way it benefited both my mind and body.

That passion led me to complete my Reformer certification, followed by additional training in Mat and Pre/Post Natal Pilates.

What I love most is how accessible Pilates is for everybody, no matter where you are in life. Outside the studio, I enjoy spending time with my husband and daughter, and depending on the time of day, you'll find me with either a double espresso or a red wine in hand.

Rachel Richards

Reformer Pilates

I'm Rachel, a certified Mat and Reformer Pilates instructor with a passion  for pre and post natal programs .

As a new mum myself, I know first hand how crucial self-care and exercise are for both body and mind.

My classes blend expert guidance with a supportive, relaxed vibe. We'll focus on:

- Rebuilding core strength

- Increasing flexibility

- Boosting overall well-being

- (And, let's be real, those booty burners!)

Madison White

Reformer Instructor & Pilates Manager

Madison is the dedicated Pilates Studio Manager at Salud House of Health, where her leadership, creativity, and passion for purposeful movement help shape a vibrant and supportive studio experience.

”I started my Pilates journey back in 2022, right around the time I was stepping into the fitness Industry. I was already doing a lot of Pilates in my own training and quickly fell in love with how it made me feel- strong, balanced and totally in tune with my body. I knew I wanted to share this powerful movement with others. I am now teaching Pilates full time and I am loving every minute of it!”

Her mission is to create a welcoming space where everyone can experience the benefits of Pilates—feeling stronger, more connected, and truly at home in their body.

Beth Martizano

Reformer Pilates

Beth has been a qualified Reformer instructor since July 2022, and is also certified for pre- and post-natal Pilates. Beth loves to teach a full body burn, targeting all the muscle groups of the body whilst challenging your stability and increasing your mobility.

Her classes are designed to leave you feeling shaky and a little sweaty as you walk out the door but don't worry, there's always modifications provided to lessen or increase the intensity of your workout! Wherever you're at in your Pilates journey, Beth will meet you there.


Outside of the studio you'll find Beth with her little family at the local markets eating delicious pastries, by the beach with an acai bowl, or on a basketball court.
