Remedial Massage

Georgia is a remedial massage therapist with over five years of  industry experience. Working with both elite athletes and community members she combines a personalised and holistic approach, helping people move, recover, and feel their best.

Outside of the studio you’ll find Georgia keeping active, travelling and spending time with friends and family.

Karina Alves

I’m a passionate therapist with more than 15 years of experience in the industry, between Brazil and Australia. I’ve been working for the last 8 years in an award-winning premium Spa in Sydney.

I’m always happy to learn new things and open for new challenges and experiences.

I’m very caring, loyal, and hard working person. I truly love looking after clients and help them!

Coming from cooler Tasmania where I enjoyed hikes, the gourmet produce and rolling green mountain ranges, I now call the slightly warmer Newcastle home. I love the relaxed lifestyle, the beaches and of course the 'coffee and walk' culture. 

After practising Pilates for many years and loving the way I felt physically and mentally I decided to share the passion with others. I love helping people feel connected with their bodies and stronger within themselves. I love a creative flow, channelling both fundamental moves with a dynamic twist. 

Outside of the studio I am running, travelling and socialising a little too much!

With over 15 years of experience in customer service and a strong background in leadership, Jax brings a grounded, people-first approach to her role as Studio Manager at Salud House of Health.

Since joining the team in 2024, Jaclyn has been the friendly face and steady hand behind the scenes—ensuring everything runs smoothly while creating a warm, welcoming space for both clients and staff.

Outside the studio, Jax is a dedicated artist, often found in her private artist studio covered in paint and inspired by the same creativity and care she brings to her work at Salud.

With a deep passion for movement and mindful wellness, Amelia brings a unique blend of strength, grace, and precision to every class she teaches. As a certified Pilates instructor and experienced dance teacher, she believes in the power of movement to heal, empower, and transform—physically and mentally.

Amelia’s approach is rooted in body awareness, core stability, and functional movement, combining the control and alignment of Pilates with the expressive flow of dance. Her classes at Salud House of Health are dynamic yet accessible, designed to challenge and support students at every level—whether you’re building strength, improving posture, or simply reconnecting with your body.

Amelia creates a welcoming, encouraging space where clients feel seen, strong, and inspired.

I'm Rachel, a certified Mat and Reformer Pilates instructor with a passion  for pre and post natal programs .

As a new mum myself, I know first hand how crucial self-care and exercise are for both body and mind.

My classes blend expert guidance with a supportive, relaxed vibe. We'll focus on:

- Rebuilding core strength

- Increasing flexibility

- Boosting overall well-being

- (And, let's be real, those booty burners!)

When I’m not teaching you can catch me at the beach surfing, swimming and enjoying time with friends and my dog. I love to travel mostly to tropical places and experience and learn about people and cultures, that's why I love teaching as I get to connect with clients and help them find movements too feel strong and confident!

I have been teaching pilates for the past 5 years. Growing up with a dance background, the way I move my body has always been very important to me. I am passionate about encouraging my clients to move safely, while still enjoying themselves and maximising that Pilates burn. 

It’s so rewarding watching my clients improve their technique and to be able to assist them in reaching their goals. I strive to create a welcoming environment for everyone in my classes whether it’s your first or your 500th class. 

When I’m not in the studio you will find me at the beach or in the kitchen baking something sweet.

I fell in love with pilates around 10 years ago & what started as a lifestyle obsession has now turned into a career that I so luckily get to do everyday.

I am a mother to two beautiful kids. As a mum, I also understand that time, energy, and consistency can look different in every season. So my goal is always to create a space where you feel comfortable, encouraged, and able to show up exactly as you are.

My approach to movement is grounded in one simple idea: function over perfection.
